c. Artwork & Custom Designs
For DTF transfers and custom products:

You are responsible for submitting print-ready, high-resolution artwork

We are not responsible for print defects caused by low-quality, incorrect, or improperly formatted files
4. Production, Shipping & Delivery
Production and shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping times vary based on location and carrier.
Once an order has shipped:

We are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages after delivery

We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
a. Custom & DTF Orders
Due to the custom nature of our products, all custom and DTF transfer orders are final once production has started. These orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded unless the error is directly caused by us.
b. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:
Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or refund at our discretion.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
